Barburn

This 3 bedroom cottage set in a very steep hillside was upgraded in a more contemporary style with two new verandahs with glass railings, a new study addition with skylight and modern kitchen with expansive plate glass windows to take advantage of the fantastic view over Harrington Sound and the South Shore.

The kitchen has a folding wall along one side which opens onto the new porch providing a seamless indoor-outdoor space for casual entertaining in a garden environment with water views.

We are currently designing a new swimming pool at the upper level of the property.
